Going deeper as you manifest with the moon.
As we interact with the moon cycles, we become more aware and connected to the cycles of the Earth. When we pay attention to something, we give that something a bit of our energy. How much we 'focus' on something, can be impacted by additional energy. This can be a positive situation when we are vibrating with a loving connection to what we are paying attention to. This can have a non-positive effect when we are not connecting in a beneficial manner. Everything is energy. Energy carries a vibration. Our goal is to see the silver lining and trust in all ways that all is aligning for our benefit. When tuning into the cycles of the moon, it is important to keep it fun. Trust that the universe is a loving friendly place. Know that you have a full team of personal architects assisting, in the design of your life, as you have instructed. If you begin to slip into doubt, then your dipped vibration can cause disharmony with your vibration cancelling out the ability to magnetize a positive manifestation with the moon. When you write your desires, on the new moon in the form of your wish list, TRUSTING that your desires will manifest is a key component. If you are in disbelief, then tuning in to decide what is believable; will be an important exercise for you to take. If your desire feels too big, then start with something smaller to manifest so you can create a conscious awareness that manifesting is possible. Once you increase your belief in the process, you can then expand to an even bigger desire. If you already carry the belief, then as they say ... "Go Big or Go Home" with your wish list, lol. Once your belief level is in check, you can also tend to your personal vibration. Your personal vibration is deeply linked to your conscious awareness of something. That conscious awareness is what guides your heart. For a simple example, I will use food. For years, I was aware of what I felt were the best things to consume to keep my body healthy. I am educated in health and wellness. As I studied more and learned information from top wellness specialist; I had a conscious expansion, to a whole new level, with food. So for me, my heart then guided me to what helps me keep my physical vibration high. Since my awareness had shifted, my heart guided me to change a few items in my food pantry. There is no need to list them, for they pertain to my personal awareness. The concept I am introducing is to begin to feel into your personal vibration to determine what may be causing a dense vibration and help to decide what might need to shift out. The full moon cycle comes around rhythmically to help us at key opportune times each "moonth" to release densities that no longer serve us. As your conscious awareness expands, you may feel that there is a heartfelt need to shift locations you frequent, you may feel the need to shift a few activities you used to enjoy and try something new, or you may be guided to do MORE of something you already love. If you are guided to do more of what you already love, then a shift may still occur as you shift out time consuming activities and replace them with time to do more of what you love. The fun about the moon cycles is that it is your personal journey. There is no right or wrong when it comes to listening to your heart. On a basic level, here a few items you might like to incorporate into your day: 1) Make sure you are eating the best type of food that you are aware of. 2) Find space each day to incorporate your version of "mediation" to allow your higher guidance a chance to connect. This can be sitting as a yogi, taking a walk, or maybe you connect to divine thoughts in the shower or when you do a creative exercise like painting. What ever way works for you, is exactly what you should connect with. 3) Drink the purest, high vibrational water you can find. We are made up of over 70% water. Our spine contains spinal fluid. The moon governs the intensity of the tides. It does have an effect on your fluid too. Staying hydrated with good water allows the cells to carry a harmonious vibration. If the fluids in your body are toxic, then that can create a blockage in your ability to be in a harmonious state. If we are out of ease, then disease can set in and then we are out of balance. The use of quartz crystals, that have sat out in the moon and are then set with the intention to purify the water to the highest vibration; is a great way to charge your water and improve the vibration of the water. You also may enjoy reading up on the conscious level of water in some of the books written by Marsaru Emoto to expand your awareness with water. 4) Do your best to operate from a place of feeling good. If you are stuck in a rut, then incorporate some form of gratitude into your day. 5) Read two minutes of positive material a day.
